Returns and Replacements

Defective Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no charge. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the defect. We will arrange a replacement once we review the claim.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective. Because custom parts are made to your specifications, we cannot accept them back otherwise.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on any 3D printed goods. Because all items are made to order, we are unable to restock returned products.
